I will be taking 3 AP courses (2 of which are very hard and the other a big time commitment) and an on level class that is considered a rigorous class at my school next year and was debating whether or not to take AP Biology. Is it worth taking the course my senior year especially if I most likely will not end up using the credit for college? Please help! I need to decide by Thursday (4/25/19)
I suggest taking it if you are highly interested in the subject matter or will get something substantial out of it. If not, it might not be worth it especially with your rigorous schedule already and not receiving credit on top of it.
What are the classes you’re thinking of?
You should have English, Math, Foreign Language, Science, Social Science, and one class indicating your academic interests OR a “fun” class.
AP literature
AP statistics
Healthcare pathway
AP environmental
Econ/sociology
And maybe ap Bio
I am interested in going into pre med
Replace APES with AP Bio and AP Lit with Honors English. Have you taken Foreign language level 4/AP? Chemistry/AP Chem? Calculus?
@MYOS1634 gave good advice, seconded.
I have taken up to spanish 4. finished all math classes other than ap stat and was took chem already
