Need advice. ASAP.

Hi to all. I'm looking for some really good advice here. Please leave comments. All is helpful in my eyes. So here it goes.

I'm a senior. I have a 4.0GPA. Up to this point in time, I've taken the hardest classes in my high school. I want to apply (and hopefully get accepted) to the top colleges in the nation including the Ivy Leagues. Also, I want to major in Political Science

Currently, for my senior year, this is my schedule:
1st-Art (required for graduation)
2nd- AP English IV
3rd- Directed Studies
4th- AP Physics B ***MY QUESTION PERTAINS TO AP PHYSICS B
5th- AH Spanish IV
6th- AP Calculus BC
7th- AP Government

To be honest, I still need to study and take my ACT and two SAT Subject Tests. I am thinking about dropping the AP Physics B in order to have more time. If I drop, do you think I will still be Ivy League material?

SO... should I drop AP Physics B or keep it?

I really need some advice.

Thank you!

The thing about physics in high school is that unless you have a super teacher, you will probably not get much out of it. Additionally, if you need physics for your major in college, you will take calculus-based physics because your high school course will most likely be algebra based. Four years of science may be important to some schools, but AP physics in not required. You might think about it that way instead of specifically physics.
