Recently I received an email message saying that I was chosen to be a reader for a major west coast university. The email said to accept the position, respond to the email, so I did. I did not receive any confirmation that my email was received. We are supposed to be told our training assignment by Oct 10. I am an anxious sort, so now I’m worrying they did not receive my email saying that I accepted the position. My idea was to email back, confirming they received my email. My husband says to wait until Oct 11 otherwise I look anxious and I may annoy someone.
I really, really want this job. Advice?
I think you could email or call, just to verify that they got your response.
