<p>I am an international student. I'm gonna take my first SATI in November. My CR, maths and writing MC scores are fair, but I always have problems in Section 1, the essay section. My teacher suggest me preparing some common examples of celebrities such as Steve Jobs, Stephen Hawking so that I will be able to use them in my essay. However, when I see the prompt of the essay, I'm always bewildered, for the question asked is always out of my expectation. (Those examples prepared are always limited in some cliches,you know) Now there's only a month left and I'm really anxious about my writing skills. So how can I broaden my vision about things and develop my own perspective ? What kinds of materials should I read? What kind of examples should I remember?</p>
