Hey all, new member here so I hope I am doing this right.
I have always dreamed of being a doctor, but it didn't really hit me until last year that to accomplish my dream I need to do well in high school. My first 2 years of school, I'm a rising senior now, I did poorly. However, my junior year was flawless. My grades are as follows:

Freshman year:
W GPA: 4.8
UW GPA 3.7
All honors but 1 class

Sophmore year:
W GPA: 4.4
UW GPA 3.3
All honors, 1 AP

Junior year:
W GPA: 5.2
UW GPA: 4.0
All honors, 3 AP

EC:
State qualifying debate
Varsity tennis
CPR certified
AED certified
EMT certified (youngest in my class)!
Prestigious 2 year internship at major hospital
Credited with performing exceptionally as an EMT on a live-threatening injury (he survived! woo!)
Head soccer referee of a league
National constitutional scholar
Spends summer doing volunteer work in underdeveloped countries
Almost fluent in spanish.

Haven't gotten results on SAT/ACT, but I was 99th percentile on my PACT, scoring a perfect on the science section!

As for background, I would be a second generation college student, with my grandparents escaping the Soviet Union when they were teenagers. I have a very cool last name to prove it :)

What ballpark am I in? I have some pretty incredible stories as the youngest EMT in the graduating class which demonstrates how devoted to medicine I am. Did my sophomore year screw it all up? Should I even look at Ivy or state schools?
Thanks for the read!
