<p>Can any Penn student recommend an appropriate gift or gift certificate for an incoming Penn freshman? She's a kid who has everything she needs, so I'd like to get something that is somehow oriented towards life at Penn. Any help would really be appreciated.</p>
<p>A Chili’s, Chipotle, Qdoba, or Starbucks giftcard. My parents gave me giftcards a few times and they were a welcome break from the dining halls.</p>
<p>You can get something practical that she could use which reflects her own personal style, such as a handbag or a laptop case. Or else get an [iPod</a> case](<a href=“http://www.i-fanatic.com/]iPod”>http://www.i-fanatic.com/) which bears the logo of Penn. Mine came with a screen protector, microfiber cleaning cloth and matching earcaps. That can be a good gift oriented towards Penn.</p>
