Need advice on colleges to apply to..too many reaches?

<p>Hi, I'm a senior in highschool trying to finalize my college list! I got a 1910 on the S.A.T and the highest weighted GPA on my transcript is a 3.96. Like many other applicants, I am nervous I won't get in to the schools I am applying to, and need to find more safeties. I will list the schools, and from that list please give suggestions on other ones! I want to major something RE: international relations.. and don't want to apply to any schools over 15,000 students, or under 2,000. Thanks!</p>

<p>I got 660 on both verbal sections, and 590 on math…but i might retake it. Unweighted 3.68, and I am looking for need based aid, but I am hispanic so many colleges are recruiting me for diversity</p>
