Need advice sending SAT scores to colleges!

My D has all scores right now. But she wants to try to improve her SAT2 scores on December.
In that case, what is the best strategy for sending scores. All colleges accept score choice.

1) send all scores now and update new december score later. (it will cose 10$ + 10$, but at least her initial scores will be in. But she will reveal her old bad SAT2 score.)

2) wait until Dec 23 and send all scores as regular processing. (10$. But there's a risk that all scores will not be in by Jan. 1. Or as long as there's a record that we sent before the deadline will be enough?)

3) wait until Dec 23 and send all scores as rush. (29$ each but the risk is... some schools don't accept rush report.)

Please help us!

I would go with plan #1. A school might ding her for having a bad SAT2 score, but more probable IMO is they will give her credit for improving it or replacing it.

It depends on college: if (a) it has a Jan 1 deadline and simply says it wants things “postmarked” by then (almost all) and does not say it wants everything to actually be in its hands by Jan 1 (there are a few colleges which actually say that) ; (b) issues final decisons in March/April; and (c) accepts score choice (as you note), then you can if you want wait until Dec 23 to send scores regular delivery (for such colleges the scores can arrive after Jan 1 and regular delivery is fine). Nevertheless, it likely makes no difference that you send scores now as most that require IIs will use the two highest SAT IIs. Moreover, if you think that not having College Board send particular scores will mean the colleges will not learn of them, you need to check with your high school first – many put all your test scores on your offical high school transcript.
