NEED ADVICE! What should I do to get into Cornell/Columbia?

So I'm a Sophmore in high school and I am very interested in the sciences, particularly medical sciences and physics. I have a 4.0 unweighted, 4.6 weighted, and got a 1900 on the PSAT. Here are my classes:

All classes are honors

Freshman Year
Algebra I - 95
English - 97
French II - 93
Geometry - 96
Introductory Physics - 96
Western Civilization - 93

Sophmore Year (Grades given are final)
Algebra II - 96
English - 91
World Cultures - 92
Chemistry
French III
Pre Calc

Now I need some advice for my Junior year schedule. I am definitely taking AP BC Calc, but I'm debating what else to take. I have to take an English and US History, but I'm stuck deciding on what combination of AP Bio, AP Chem, Bio, and Physics to take (As well as Psych).

If I take two AP's next year, my schedule will be insane and I want to know if that is necessary, and what else I can do to try to meet these colleges/similar colleges standards.

I play soccer, run track, do robotics, FBLA, and plan on doing HI-Q and NHS next year.

Advice please! I'm new here but I'll "Chance back" or whatever if that will help!

Be yourself. Take what you are interested in. Taking a few AP classes per year isn’t “insane”. Once you get to college you will do the equivalent of 10 AP classes per year, but since you want to go to Columbia you can multiply that difficulty by two.

Yeah, it wouldn’t be too hard for you cause you look like you’re pretty on top of school, and the rigor of your schedule is pretty important for colleges. If you are interested in bio and physics, take those because you’ll be much better at classes you actually enjoy.
