Hey,

Here is my situation. I got waitlisted at Uconn Storrs campus. Accepted into regional campuses. Right now I'm assuming admissions won't even look at the waitlist with the record high applications. Uconn was basically my first choice.

Stats:
GPA: 3.4 unweighted
SAT combined: 1800
2 AP classes junior year; 4 AP courses senior year. 5.8/6 weighted gpa senior year
EC's: Honors band, jazz band, student accompanist, 2 time recipient of music scholarship, 8 years of piano playing, 2 years of self taught bassoon, community service, etc.

Do you think it would be worth it to audition next weekend? I have no idea if it would influence my chances to get in since I'm already waitlisted...

Does anyone have any experience with auditions there for drama or music? What's it like, and did it help you get accepted into Uconn?
