Hi, I'm a sophomore who is currently an Economics and history major. I am pre-law.

However, I am conflicted. I want to pursue corporate law, and so I am contemplating attending Haas. I completed 7 of the 9 prerequisites as Economics shares many of its prereqs, and have a 3.73 GPA in those 7 classes, with my overall GPA being higher.(The average entering GPA for Haas is 3.64, so I believe I would be in good shape for entrance.) I am wondering whether or not I should pursue Business with Economics, rather than history, or if it matters or not for law.

If I do do business, I have to take summer school and thus can't work in an internship during the summer and I might have to take longer time to graduate. If I do not do business, I might feel like I'm missing out on accounting or finance which could be beneficial for corporate law.

Could people please offer advice on whether or not to do business? Thank you. (I should have applied in November, but I wasn't even contemplating business at the time.)
