Need an 800 on Chem SAT II

I took the chemistry sat on January 22, after taking an honors chemistry course. Does anyone have knowledge of the curve? As in how many questions can one miss and still obtain a full score? I've heard the curve is almost as generous as that of the SAT math II

I’m new to the world of the SAT Subject Tests: how good are the curves for the math or any subject test for that matter?

For chemistry -3=800 usually. Thats about 2 wrong…

For math level 2, one can miss up to 4-5 and still scrape an 800. The same goes for Chemistry, I believe. For Bio, one can miss 2. I havent taken any other subject tests

math 2 is way more lenient than chem.

-3=800 chem

-8= 800 math2

Assuming that you don’t skip any questions:
-3 = 2 questions wrong chem?
-8 = 6 questions wrong math2?

All of this inforamtion above seems all wrong.

To score an 800 in Chem you can get up to 80 on the raw score out of 85. That’s about 5 wrong or about 6 omit.

For math 2c, because everyone has started to get better scores, you can get only up to 4 or 5(at the most) wrong to score a 800.

For January SAT 2 the Chem test was one of the hardest tests that was administered. Therefore, the curve will also be higher. Probably 6 wrong can get you a 800 too.

Sweet! thanks. Im praying that the scantron gods will be good to me :)

Bio and literature are the are the hardest SAT II tests

This thread is 3 years old, and OP is long gone.
