Need An Answer Fast!!!! Please Help!...

When i got to the test center I informed my proctor that i was signed up for three SAT IIs but i would only be taking two, and she said that was fine. After she read the instructions saying that if you erase all answers to a test its considered cancelling and all tests will be cancelled and so after the first test i came over and asked her about it and she said i had to take LIT or my scores would be cancelled. I did not think this was true so i did not practice for LIT and im pretty sure i got like 570-630 sort of score unless i got lucky which many ppl have talked about. My questions to anyone who was kind enough to read this long this is 1) did i have to take the test in order for my scores not to be cancelled? 2) If not, should i call collegeboard explain to them and see what they say or just gut it out and maybe it wont be that bad a score....i know that i will have a solid math II, Math I and Physics score (like in the 700s)...I NEED AN ANSWER FAST!!!

Basically, even if you want to cancel your scores for one test, Collegeboard will automatically cancel all the scores for all the tests that you took that day. So if you were obligated to take two SAT IIs, you needed to take both. If you only took 1, and left--leaving the other one blank--a blank answer sheet is seen as a cancel. Remember, canceling one test score cancels all the scores for the tests you took that day.

BTW, most the top colleges [JHU and others] only look at your top 2 SAT II scores (although they receive all your scores)--so why take more than 3 or 4 SAT IIs?

well i planned on taking math II math I and lit but now my lit score sucks and alli have is two maths cores in the 700s and i cnt just submit those i need to diversify lol

So definitely my proctor was right? because ive been reading different things and im not sure...anyone else have input?

I doubt he/she was right because i called CB before and asked and they said if yo u registered for one test but you want to take another you can go ahead, no charges incurred.

i'm pretty sure you can leave after your second test if you notify your proctor. As long as you didn't start or write the name of the test on the top of the answer sheet you would be fine.
