Check to see if there is honors student Facebook group for your year. Also look on class of 2019 page. Often people post roommate info there including if they’re in HC

A positive story about going random…my DD didn’t want to deal with finding a roommate and went “random” in for freshman year in the Honors dorm. I put “random” in quotes as the housing people did seem to match them up for their interests and personalities based on the housing questionnaire. So it is possible to for the fates to find you someone compatible.
Definitely try using facebook groups, that’s how I found my roommate! Good luck
