Need an ideal final college choice

So I'm almost done with the FAFSA, and I need to put one more school on it, but I'm not sure which one it should be. Here is some info on me:

3.5 GPA,
25 ACT,
several academic awards from starting varsity quiz bowl team for four years,
chess club,
french club,
8 AP and several honors classes

I'm going to do my undergraduate work in history.

Looking for primarily a school in the south, as close to the ocean as possible. I'd prefer it to be in a small city or large town. Hopefully with an alright sports scene but it's not a necessity.

Some other schools I applied to and have been admitted to are:
Xavier in Cincy
Loyola in New Orleans
Bellarmine in Louisville,
and my safety, the University of Kentucky

Oh, and I also applied to Tulane but was deferred. I don’t care if the school is public or private either.

bump

10char

By the way, there is a way to add all of your schools to FAFSA… I applied to 10+ schools last year and you can theoretically add 10 schools that can receive FAFSA. I think you can only enter 4-5 at a time, but you just submit it multiple times if I’m correct. Google “adding more schools to FAFSA” and you’ll find your answer.

If you end up getting into Tulane, I think that will be your best bet. If not, I would recommend Xavier or Loyola (if you really want to be in the south although I think Xavier is a better school)… anyway, it should come down to fit, not prestige.

Well 10 schools won’t be a problem, I only have around 7 on there. Xavier and Loyola are both good schools, and it comes down to money really. I’m alright not going to Tulane, and I don’t think they’ll take me off the wait list.

UNCW and the College of Charleston come to mind.

slik, why do you write that? Loyola shows significanly higher 25/75 SAT scores, higher ave GPA (3.74 vs. 3.5). Loyola is also contiguous with, and socializes with, OP’s first choice Tulane.

UNCW and CofC’s deadlines have passed.

University of Florida or University of Miami?
