need answer for course load

<p>My son will be a senior
so far he took 4 independent APs in 10th and 11th gr( since his school did not offer these) besides this</p>

<p>He took 3APs in junior that was offered at his school
He will take 4APs in senior with 1AP self-study in senior. However his senior curriculum includes workshop(being teachers aid) and study hall period.
He can't decide wether to have this study hall or have another elective course.
What do you think? having study hall and workshop both in your senior year?
Do you think adcom will care if he took another elective instead of study hall?</p>

<p>always take something over study hall, if your school allows it (some, like mine, require one period of study hall a day, especially if you take a rigorous schedule with advanced/AP classes). use your time to the greatest extent possible.</p>
