need answer to a transfer question.

<p>Hi i'm a student in community college with a 3.2 average and i will have 60 credits in may in liberal arts. I want to transfer to Rutgers NB for the fall.The only concerned i have is that when i transfer i want to change my major.Will they deny me if i want to change my major when/if i go there?</p>
