Agreed with Sybbie…Harvard meets full need for all.
But I’m wondering if the OP submitted his Profile early to them…just in case he got acceoted in the ED round.

Sybbie and I agree. Harvard DOES meet full need for all accepted students including international students. It is one of five schools that is both need blind AND meets full need for international students.
We both also agree that this student needs to file financial aid applications with Dartmouth before his application will be reviewed there…as Dartmouth is need aware for international students.

Thank You so much people. I did send in my CSS form to Harvard and I will do so as early as possible to Dartmouth (not to take any risks). Thanks once again.
