<p>the need based aid requires federal tax return..which seems to require my parents to be uc citizens...</p>
<p>however, my parents are not..even if im a us citizen...would i be qualified for need based aid??and btw i live with my guardians who doesnt have any biological relationship with me...and i heard that nyu is notorious for giving small amount of aid to students...is it really bad???</p>
