<p>I am a US citizen living in India.
My family income is about $8000 a year and I need complete financial aid. Do I have a chance (I know that Skidmore is not need-blind and it won't be easy)?</p>

<p>I have a really strong rec. from a university mathematics professor. The English teacher's recommendation is good too.</p>
