I'm an international student(from Nepal if that matters) and I'm planning to go to the US for Undergraduate studies. I will be requiring financial aid. What colleges do you recommend if I want to pursue computer science?

By the way, my grades are less than perfect(I'm giving my A-level Finals in May and I'm really hoping to do really great).

You need to ask which schools are “need blind” AND “meet need” for int’ls. There are very few.

Most schools are “need blind”.

Rice is spectacular…University of Utah is a suprizingly good choice - especially if you get into their honors college. Salt Lake City has a lot of international residents…Rice is tough to get into - you will have to do your part for them to do theirs - Utah can be considerred a ‘safety’ school…good luck!

The only universities that are need-blind for internationals and that are strong in computer science are MIT, Harvard, Yale, and Princeton. (The other two schools that are need-blind for internationals are Dartmouth and Amherst.)
