Upenn is not need blind for international students, except those from MExico and Canada (as far as i am concerned) .How much important are the money then ?Yale,Harvard and Princeton are need-blind for int and the decision to be admitted or not dont depend on money.SO basically, how important are money. Is it true that if an int student can pay,he can easily get in,but if he/she needs full FA ,it is muuuuch more difficult ?

im an international student aiming for the ivys. i believe that during this financial crisis, FA is alot more difficult for unis like Harvard having experienced a 8billion drop in endowments. So i would say that although they say it would not affect them, it some how would and unless your totally brilliant...stick with not applying FA.

the crisis will affect Harvard,Yale and so ,what about not so rich unis ...

around 20 times more difficult

Penn clearly states that asking for FA will increase the difficulty of getting in, but it's not easy for intls to get in even without asking for FA.
