Need-Blind universities

Could you please tell me which of the following universities for sure are Need-Blind for transfer students?

NYU-Stern
Northwestern University-WCAS
USC-Marshall
Boston College-The Carroll School of Management
Emory University-Goizueta
UIUC-College of Business

There was one poster on this board who found that he didn’t get financial aid for his first year at Northwestern.

i think northwestern is like that though. no aid for your first year there

NYU is not need blind as far as I know nor is UIUC

What is this whole need-blind thing? Is it that they won’t accept you because you need money to go to school? Does need-blind mean they’re blind to applicants who need money and will review their application just like any other student’s?

Need blind means that colleges accept you with out looking at your ability to pay. This is not the same thing as meets full need.

University of Richmond is need blind. We sent application, essays, etc. to admissions office and estimated financial aid forms to financial aid office. When we went for an interview we asked the financial aid person some question about admissions. She told us they do not trade any information with admissions and admissions does not see any financial aid data until acceptance. They are truly need blind from what I understand about their processes.

nyu is a very stingy school. I am pretty sure its not need blind for transfers. it is need blind for regular applicants however.
