Need-blind?

<p>I am an international and know that Dartmouth is need blind for ALL students. (US citizen and internationals alike)</p>

<p>But I want to know if this need-blind policy is followed even during Early Decision? I have heard that when applying early with aid, one is automatically deferred(sometimes even rejected).</p>

<p>This question is not only in regard to Dartmouth, but to all need-blind colleges in general.</p>
