Need Career Advice Please!!

Hi guys, I am currently attending Boise State University and I am done with my general courses. Now, I have to decide on one or two things. I dont know whether to double major in accounting/ information technology management with a minor in applied math or to major in accounting/ finance with a minor in applied math. They are both careers that equally interest me, but I am wondering which one is more employable. I am minoring in mathematics because I also want to start taking actuary exams. Please let me know what you guys think, since your opinions are highly valuable to me.

Thank You

I don’t think you can go wrong with either one. I would pick IT management, just because I personally feel that you will pick up finance through accounting anyway.

Thanks foreignrelations. I was thinking the same thing too but I wanted to confirm with other people. I have noticed that many accounting and finance classes overlap.

Accounting/Finance would involve some degree of redundancy. Accounting/IT would really open up your options and give you a diverse skill set.

Thanks Inmotion. Thats what I was thinking as well but I wasnt too sure.
