<p>I know with UCSD if you apply to an engineering major, there are 2 rounds you have to pass. 1st round is to see if you are admitted to the university, the 2nd is to see if you are admitted to the college of engineering. If you do not pass the 2nd round you are still admitted to the university but not engineering. Is UCLA like this or is it if you don't get admitted to engineering you get rejected from the university altogether. Reason I ask is if I do not get a 2100+ with a 750+ math this november, I'm probably going to apply to L&S. (only have a 2030 right now 720 math)</p>
