I am making a decision whether to attend Ohklahoma State University in this week? I am looking for some comment about this university. Is this a good university (especially for its physics department)? And what about the weather, public security and tradition of the city?</p>

<p>Stillwater is a small town, VERY safe, however if you are wanting culture, you will have to travel to find much. I have heard great things about the physics department but then they are from friends that teach the classes. As for tradition, OSU claims to have the biggest best homecoming anywhere. When we were making other college visits, we noticed that every college we went to said the same thing. Daughter is going there due to various reasons, not the least is the big scholarship she was offered.</p>
<p>Thanks for your reply! Glad to hear the good thing about physics department. I know the ranking of OKU is not that good. Anyway, I hope studying physics in OKU is a right choose.</p>
