Need Essay/Short Answer Advice!!

So I sat down a couple weeks ago and wrote out my application essay. Then I realized that I also have to write a short answer about one of my extracurricular activities. The problem is that I wrote my ESSAY about swimming-- the only extracurricular I care about. So I was wondering...

Should I write another essay and then make my short answer about swimming?

Or should I keep the swimming essay and write about something else for my short answer? (possible short answer topics: work, internship at RU, national art honor society)

Any advice is appreciated...

And to anyone who has time...I would love it if you could read my essay and give me feedback about it

thaaanks! :)

Tracy - I would say that you would need to do your short answer on something other than swimming, even if it just keeps the person who is looking through your application a little bit entertained - try and go for something that makes you stand out.

PM your essay across and I'll take a quick look.

I would say writing your short answer on the internship you took; it will make you look more well-rounded for the adcom. :)

You could PM me with your essay if you'd like.

Feel free to PM it.

You can do that. Just make sure it differs in subject for the most part from the other essay. Cover another aspect...or do another topic.
