Need feedback on application to CA Universities.

Im a junior in California (Asian Male, 2nd generation)
W-GPA 3.96
NW-GPA 3.67
SAT 2040
SAT II
Korean 790
Math IIC 750
US history 690

Im planning to apply to the following for Business major

UC Los Angeles
UC San Diego
UC Irvine
UC Santa Barbara
UC Davis
UC Riverside
Pepperdine University
USC

Which would be the reaches, 50-50s, and the Most likely's?
and any other universities in California recommendations would be good.

None of the UCs you've mentioned have Business major except Riverside.
The closest they have to Business are Business Economics and Managerial Science, which are a bit different than the traditional Business curriculum.

You'd probably have a good shot at all of them except UCLA.

USC would be your best bet for business.

UCLA would be a reach, given your somewhat weak GPA (UCLA stresses GPA quite a bit). UCSD would be 50-50. UCI, UCSB, UCD, and Pepperdine would be safe matches (likely); UCR would be a safety. USC would be a slight reach, I think.

Also, check in with your Guidance Counselor to see if you qualify for ELC. If you do, then those schools who issue you a letter will become your "safeties"

If you really want to study business, your only options are USC and UCR.
These schools are safeties:
UC San Diego
UC Irvine
UC Santa Barbara
UC Davis
UC Riverside
Pepperdine University

UCLA and USC will be more competitive. Your SAT is above the UCLA average but slightly below the USC average.

Santa Clara
