THis is going to sound really silly – but I know of two parents this year who have bribed their kids to take the best deal. Maybe the boys I know are younger, more foolish and naive than other guys – but one guy was bribed into going to a midwestern state school where he got a free ride with a new car (still cheaper than 80,000 tuition bill over the long-run) and another guy was bribed with an iPhone. Our kids have been told that if they get a free ride and take it, they will get a IPhone.
