Need for playstation in dorms?

Should I bring my PS3 to my dorm? We have space but will partying a lot. No warrantee. I am going to UCSB living in Santa Catalina (FT).

build a gaming pc and bring it to your dorm.

…or at least use an xbox 360 and not a PS s**t :P

I’m not bringing mine but I’ll bring my save files on a flash drive if I find someone else with a PS3. I don’t think I’ll have enough time to play it. If I were you, I’d leave it at home.

I always had my ps3 because almost every single night I watch a DVD, Blu-ray, or Netflix. Sometimes you have a friend who says they can beat your @ss at CallOfDuty & you gotta show them whats up. I think it would be wise to bring it. For me, my major doesn’t allow a lot of free time, but sometimes I would have free time, & it was worth it for me to have my PS3 around during those few times. siglio21 can suck it because xbox is pay-to-play, or only a dumb@ass would pay to play over these sh1tty connection speeds.

Anyone know how good the ucsb internet connection is? in terms of latency and dl speed?

wat floor are you staying on
