Need Grad School Advice.

What are my chances?

I want to go to grad school and study national security through an IR program and get a masters and maybe join the military or go into intelligence.

But I am unsure if this will lead to steady employment or if I would even get in with my stats.

Should I continue working in civil engineering and get an engineering degree or move on to grad school?

Here are my stats:
2 yrs JC
2 yrs at UC BA History 2.75 gpa.
2 yrs Civil Eng. Experience - mapping want to move into civil eng.
-Now, currently in a Post Bach for International Affairs and also wrapping up pre-reqs(calc, chem, physics) to get into a civil engineering college if grad school falls through (employer would pay for a civil degree if I sign a 5 yr contract and get into a local civil eng. college).
-Raised GPA to 3.1 and still have a year left.
-Have a total 3.8 GPA for Post bach in Pol. Sci Int. Affairs.
-Got strong letters of recs.
-Taking the GRE on November 1st. Pre test GRE score 1100 .
-Currently taking Arabic. Know spanish and a little french. Never been overseas. No military experience.
-Got strong letters of rec. from dept heads and prof.'s.
-Considering applying to Georgetown, CSUSB, Cal State Monterey or whoever gives me the most funding.

Guys let me know does this seem like a decent plan or is it fked up?
