I am looking for a graduate law school with focuses in Constitutional law and Uniform Commercial Code law for my continued education. Yale, Stanford, and Harvard are currently ranked #1, 2, and 3 by US News for Law schools; although, Stanford would be nearest in location. I am definitely open to other schools, assuming the curriculum offers my area of interest.

All law schools offer, and usually require, courses in those very basic subjects. They don’t really focus on particular areas of legal study. To obtain a JD degree, you would have to study a broad range of subjects. In addition, the schools you have named are exceedingly difficult to get into–you would need a tippy top GPA and LSAT. The fact that you are talking about a focus on both Constitutional law and UCC (two very different types of law) and name those three law schools suggests that you need to do a lot more research about what law school entails and which law schools might be suitable for you.

I now see from other posts that you are a sophomore. It’s premature for you to be focused on law school.

UC Hastings College of Law is focused on these topics, perhaps that would be a good fallback if you can’t get into a higher pick, since it would also be close to you.
