<p>In my confirmation email for my overnight, they said: Due to the fact that there will be activities in the gym, please bring sneakers and appropriate attire, as well. Does this mean gym clothes, or just that i need sneakers because you can't walk on the gym floor w/ regular shoes? Does anyone know what the activity in the gym is?</p>

<p>I say just bring some gym clothes just in case. Definitely bring non-rubbing shoes.</p>
