Need help about Wharton

Hey guys. I am a girl who just got deferred from early decision at Columbia Engineering. Nobody really knows why. I really want to apply to UPenn regular and I really want to go into actuarial science (didn't exist at Columbia), which is a major at Wharton. The problem is that Wharton is the hardest to get into. Can you guys please tell me if I have a shot? I really just want to get into a good college and don't truly know Wharton's standards.

GPA: 96.5 (3rd in my grade)
ACT: 32 (35 in math)
SAT 2s: Math 2- 760 Physics-730 Hebrew- 730 History- 730
9 AP Classes (all difficult APs, 5 on all the tests I've taken already)

I have good extracurriculars, community service, and work experience (captain of debate, Children's Foundation for the Arts...)

Please help me out guys! Thank you!

you have as good a shot as anyone else. No one can advise you any further.

What troubles me is that you applied early to engineering and now want to do actuarial science. Also, you “just want to get into a good college,” which makes me feel that you’re not looking for fit, just prestige. First of all, that’s a terrible way to go about things, and second of all, if that comes up in your essays, you’re not going to get in. Think about what kind of education you want (not career, just education) and rewrite your target college list.
