I am taking the ACT April14, 2012.
This is the second time I am taking this test. I made a 17 the first time and I was looking to improve that too at-least in the 20's this time. I dont know how I should study or prepare for the test. I know its last minute but Im willing to study. Should I do online practice tests... or should I go get the act book and read that?

I would get The Real ACT book and take practice tests from that book. In addition to giving you the right answers for the problems you missed, it goes over detailed instructions on why the answers were correct and why it was the right answer for each question. Also, it goes over why the other answers were not the right answers, which I personally think is very helpful as well. I think w/The Real ACT book, you really learn from your mistakes because it sticks w/you due to the all the details instructions on how and why the correct answers are the correct answers and how and why the wrong answers are the wrong answers. If you had more time to prepare, I would also suggest to do any and all practice tests that you can find online. You do get the correct answers to each of the problems on the online test because there is a answer key, but it does not go over how to get to the correct answer like The Real ACT book does. Best of luck to you!
