In my school, my GPA right now is 2.69 ( every courses consider as 5 credit and I got a lot of social science class below 2.5). That GPA is total of courses I took since I hv been in college. If I do well in this Fall, I can bump my GPA to 2.9 to 3.0.

Can anyone tell me which courses are transferable course and transferable GPA that use to determine admission?
Also which engineering should I apply in order to get in to?

Please help me out assp.

Hey Luckyguy. I got your pm. I think i will answer your question here since you started your own thread. I have a couple of questions for you. Is your gpa out of 4.0? What schools do you want to transfer to? Since you’re an out of state I would not know whether the courses are transferable or not. So far the courses you listed especially the math and science looks like it’s transferable bc that’s what a comp sci major needs to take anyway. But to make sure i would suggest that you get in touch with one of the reps of the college your interested and talk to them to see if it transfers over.

My grade system consider as:
96% is 4.0
94-95% is 3.9
93- 94% is 3.8
and so on.
My major is engineering.
I did check with those school. Most of the courses are transferable but they not sure about those social courses. Do you know to how they will calculate the transferable GPA because my school they consider every courses as 5 credits so It hurts my grade a lot.
Im applying to SB, SD, LA, I and R.
I dont know I have any chance or not.
