Asian Canadian, male, not rich not too poor.
asked once already, based on the suggestion from many people, I re-decided my future schools and came up with a new list of school. Same data.
2300+SAT I, 3 X 800 SAT II, top 5% school rank.
4~5 not significant activities for 2~4years
haha dont wanna write too long, easy for everybody.

new list:
ED-Wharton,
NYU-Stern
Michigan(most likely will be Econ and transfer to Ross)
Emory
UC-Berkeley

Please indicate my chances over those schools above and list some more Matches and Safties for me(only UG business school)

You might want to think of Indiana as a safety, they have full ride oppurtunities in business (Kelley Scholars) and in the general school (Wells Scholars) for you. You'll also be in the honors college. They rank in the top 10 for UG business in both US News and Business Week. The top students there get I-Banking jobs and make a boat load of money. Although you have Michigan and NYU that are basically safeties already, both carry a heavy price tag for OOS students and aren't too good with aid.

Your stats make you competitive everywhere. The only school that would be hard for someone like you is Wharton, because of how low their acceptance rate is. Just look into what you want in a school. Do you want urban? Sports? Financial concerns? Location? Private/Public? Look off the US News rankings and the Business Week rankings and find schools that you want. Look into scholarships and how schools meet aid (both in loans and grants as well as general need).

Other schools to look at: MIT, Cornell, Virginia, Carnegie Mellon, UNC, Wisconsin, Wash U St. Louis, and Georgetown.

Thank you A2Wolves6, but MIT is hard too but not as famous in business as wharton, and Cornell is only good at hotel management which i am not really interested in.

I would say that Michigan is a safety (econ) along with every other school besides NYU and Wharton from your list. At NYU you will have a great chance if your ECs are better than you make them sound.

It doesn't matter which one is "harder" (UMich is harder) because you're in at both schools easily. The only schools that could reject an applicant with a 2300 and top 5% are the ones that are extraordinarily difficult to gain admission to

No school is close to Wharton. It's special. However, MIT is #2 to Wharton. It's very well known and a superb school. Again, you have the stats to get in anywhere, it's about ECs, essays, and recs for you, only for the truly elite schools. Look at schools where you want to go, don't worry about chances.

actually, I am struggling about whether I should apply ED to Wharton or not, I really wanna go there, but on the other hand I dont wanna wait my ED

Only apply ED is you don't need financial aid. Money will also be an issue if you need any at the state schools because they give little aid to oos students. And NYU is awful with aid.
