Need Help - Chemical Engineering in Japan

So I really have a very strong desire to study in Japan, and right now I am studying Chemical engineering with a concentration of biotechnology here in America.

The only options at my school that are in japan and the most closely related to my major is the Global Engineering Education Exchange program, or Global E^3. The Japanese university is called Tohoku Univeristy, and it is a very prestigious school school from what I see. However, the program in English that they offer there is a molecular study program, so I am not sure if it will have all the Chemical engineering classes I need for my Junior year. Also, in order to get credit here at my university, I need to submit the specific class syllabus's of Tohoku's English Molecular classes. This will probably be very hard to do. My solution was to contact Tohoku school (the specific program) and Global E^3. I am still waiting on both. I now am assuming that this might not all work. However, I just found that I could petition for a new program...

So my question is, does anyone know of prestigious chemical engineering study abroad programs in Japan, or a source of where I could find some? Google is not doing a very good job at helping me find some. The could thing about my school is that I can also use programs from other schools too.
