I've narrowed down my schools to either UCF, UF, or USF. I have a 4.68 weighted GPA. I'm ranked number 9 out of 202 people in my school. I'm really into business and numbers. I would be fine with most majors like finance or accounting. I am really stuck on picking a job. My main criteria would be high paying. In my book, I consider 100k+ a decent job with room for advancement. Any help with majors and jobs would be appreciate. I get my sat scores back tomorrow and I'm a junior. I took mac1105 at my local community college and got a 4 in AP World history if that counts for anything.

I wouldn’t worry about what job you want at this point. Once you get into college you’ll take a number of different classes and see what you like. Going in with specific targets is one reason why so many students change majors.

You’re looking at schools that have pretty good variety in the areas you’re interested in. Like Erin’s Dad says, you don’t need to worry about the specific job at this point. Is financial aid an issue?

Maybe you should rethink this ridiculous “main” criterion. It reminds me of this Onion article:
