Hey there,

I am a rising 12th grader. I have a 3.0 UW and a 3.3 Weighted GPA. I go to a very competitive high school in the top 100 in the nation. I have taken 3 AP classes so far and will be taking 3 more next year, and have passed all my AP exams. The reason for my very low GPA was that freshman and sophomore year I slacked off completely and got below a 3.0 every semester. I realized during junior year that i was on the verge of throwing away my life, and i began to take my education seriously. I ended that semester with 3.4 and finished the next semester with a 4.02 GPA. I realize that my GPA is low, but it is on a strong upward trend.

My first SAT was 1760, but i am retaking it and should get a 2000.

I have wrestled 4 years high school, Varsity letter 3 times, county 5th place and 3rd in my region. I was in the interact club and environmental club.

I live in Georgia and am applying to University of Pittsburgh, Northeastern University, University of Massachusetts (Amherst), University of Georgia, and University of Washington, Seattle.

I am thinking about studying Law. Does anyone know any good colleges within my range and if I have a chance at being accepted to these?
