Need help choosing colleges!

Hi everyone. I'm a junior and I need help choosing schools. I know that at this point I should probably have a basic list of schools, but I'm having trouble figuring out which schools I should be looking at. I'm interested in small liberal arts schools with strong science programs. Location doesn't really matter. I plan on majoring in neuroscience and possibly pre-med.

At the moment, I'm very interested in Franklin & Marshall. I'm considering Temple and Penn State main as safeties.

Any help would be appreciated! I need reaches, matches, and safeties.

Basics
Asian female at a fairly competitive high school in the Philadelphia suburbs, will definitely need financial aid

Stats
GPA: about a 96% weighted
rank: top 10%, unsure of my exact rank
SAT: CR - 710, M - 610, W - 620
SAT II: I plan on taking Spanish, US History, and Biology.

Courseload
mostly honors classes freshman and sophomore year
Junior Year: AP Bio, APUSH (two year course), AP Psych, AP Spanish, Honors Calculus, Honors English. I have at least a 90 average in every class except Calculus.
Senior Year: AP Chem, AP Euro, AP Calc, AP English, Honors Genetics & Microbiology, Honors Physics

ECs
These are definitely weak.
Yearbook (Co-Editor this year and next year)
Key Club (will be Webmaster next year)
Environmental Club
Hospital Volunteer
possibly getting a job this summer

I would recommend Harvey Mudd college (science & engineering LAC in cali) but your SAT should be definitely higher.

You need to open it up to many more options.

Yes, that is why I posted this…
