Please rank these universities and also please tell me what average percent I need to get into each. Keep in mind, Im currently a Senior in a canadian high school. I really need help deciding, Thanks.
University of Massachusetts Amherst.
University of Toronto.
McGill University.
York University.
Queen’s University.
It’s not just a ‘percentage’ that gets you into a college, it’s the whole shebang (well, maybe not for ZooMass) - activities, weighting, rigor of classes in the context of school, etc.
You’re comparing apples and oranges, top Canadian Universities (UofT and McGill being comparable to the most prestigious American universities) to my state flagship (which is admittedly…not as prestigious) and some other colleges I don’t know off the top of my head. Try popping over to the International Students forum.
I believe McGill is either #7 or #9 of the best universities in the world. Don’t know much about the others because I’m not Canadian. Lol. UMass Amherst is a really good school, though; my aunt went there for undergraduate school, after which she went to grad school at NYU.

This is my own opinion based on what I value in a university. They are also pretty much in this ranking order. Good luck
