<p>Check QS top universities annual rankings, all these universities are represented there. Obviously UToronto and McGill are the best among those you have written.

<p>4-UMass (and I’m from Massachsetts!)</p>
<p>^ I’d say Queen’s being on par with either McGill or UoT is a bit of a stretch, but the rest I’d agree. </p>
<p>The problem is that the OP’s field of study might change these rankings, and we wouldn’t know since she/he hasn’t offered it. </p>
<p>As far as admissions policies goes, they are easily able to be found on the universities’ respective websites.</p>
