Hey guys im a freshman right now and next year I will be taking AP Calculus AB. I was wondering if i should also self study AP Calculus BC with it? The advantage is that I can take Calculus 3 as a Junior and take Differential Equations or Linear Algebra as a Senior. I want to go to the best colleges possible so is it worth all the hassle of self studying BC just to impress colleges? Also, if i dont self study Bc and take it as a junior, should I self study AP Statistics or take that as a class. If i take it as a class i wont be able to take bio so i will have to take bio as a junior and AP BIo and AP EnviroSci as a Senior. I'm taking AP Chem, and AP calc ab already and im self styding AP Euro and AP world and (AP calc Bc?) next year. so My schedule is kinda packed but i still think i can fit in ap stat as a self study. I'm also gonna do all 3 AP physics, ap comp sci, discrete math, Calc 3 or LinALg/DiffEq, AP Eng Lit, and AP Spanish Lit as a senior. I'm taking APUSH, AP LANg, Ap SPanish Lang, and calc 3/calc bc as a junior. Where would it fit in better as im doing sports and a bunch of clubs year round. I think the main difference is so I can show colleges how well i did because i want to be a pre med. Also what year do you think I will have the most time to fit these two Aps in. Thanks and sorry for the long post.
