Need Help Deciding

<p>I've read millions of times over that you should pick a college that "has what you're looking for." The only problem is that I'm not quite sure what to look for in a college. On top of that, I fear that I may be under prepared. My 3.9 GPA may not be justified in most other high schools (if that makes sense). </p>

<p>But what should I take into consideration?</p>

<p>There are entire chapters in books about college admissions devoted to the topic of what to look for in a college and the concept of “fit”. It would be a good start to read more about it in an entire chapter rather than hoping people will post pearls that happen to apply to you. One book I recommend is “Admission Matters”.</p>
