<p>Well i live with my mom and dad. Both are disabled and their join income is about 12000. So i put that for the adjusted gross income. Then it ask what my mom and dad earned from working (wages salaries tips etc....) Should i put zero since they don't work and are disabled or are they just asking the same question as before?</p>
<p>Well, we honestly would need more information to be of much help to you. Was the disability income from Social Security? If so, it is possible that the income is not “taxable income”, so it would not be part of their “adusted gross income” at all. The FAFSA does ask for untaxed income somewhere further down on the form, so be looking for that. Please reply with more specific information.</p>
