<p>I just recieved a e-mail in my school box and it was letting me know that my finacial aid had been suspended. it was not from grades but from having more than 60 hours for a associate degree. what happen is I started out doing nursing and relized that the nursing school was not going to be easy to get into right away. i switched my major to medical assistant and started taking classes for that major when i recieved that letter. what do I do now Im very confused. please anybody got any advice.Im suppose to graduate in summer of 2010.</p>
<p>You can try appealing. Sometimes they will reinstate aid if you have changed degrees and some of the hours you have taken will not count towards the new degree (it depends on the school’s policy for satisfactory academic progress, which should be printed somewhere in their catalog or website). You need to talk to your financial aid department.</p>
