Need help finding a good bag

I recently ordered an alienware m15x laptop as my graduation present for college. After ordering it I've been looking around on quite a few sites to find a good backpack/messenger bag style laptop bag that can also hold a couple of my college books. I was wondering if anybody could help me out with finding some bags that aren't overly bulky but can still carry a good amount of stuff without wearing on my shoulders.

Check out the North Face Surge. It has a dedicated well-padded laptop section that can hold a bigger laptop. It also has a middle section that can hold a few books/and notebooks. It also has a third section for “crap”–like pens, calculator, etc.

North Face looks like a good bag, but I would prefer something a bit more stylish. Anyone got something in the line of a more stylish bag?

Kipling makes a couple of nice laptop bags, messenger style and backpack. Not sure how stylish?

I’m looking for something along the lines of maybe booq or timbuk2 style bags but still functional as a college bag to hold a couple books and whatnot.

Actually, I think I’ve found a good bag it’s the SLAPPA PTAC Pro Shoulder bag. Looks like it has plenty of room, is stylish, and most importantly fits the m15x. I’d check it out, looks like a good brand that has a lot of cool looking and high quality gear.

It’s a great bad, but are you willing to spend >100$ on it?
