<p>Wichita State has a really good Aerospace Engineering department. OOS tuition is cheap, cost of living in Wichita is really low, and Wichita has so many internship opportunities, since Cessna, Hawker Beechcraft, Learjet and Spirit are located here. The professors are amazing, acessible, and there are a lot of opportunities to do undergrad research (if that’s something that interestd him). As far as marching band, we don’t have one, but the music department is well acclaimed in the region, and I’m sure he could play sax in the student band in basketball games</p>
